7-day money-back guarantee

Buy Mellan and use it with your own Mac and phone. If it is not for you, email help@mellan.app within 7 days of purchase with your order number and we refund the full price. No reason required.

When you complete checkout you receive your licence key immediately. For digital content delivered instantly you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this ends your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. If you do not give that consent, delivery waits and your withdrawal right is unaffected.

When we always refund

After the 7 days have passed, we will still refund you if:

• you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling;
• the licence key was never delivered and we cannot deliver a working one;
• a defect on our side makes Mellan unusable for you and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time.

Mandatory statutory rights — including your rights on defective digital content under §§ 327 ff. BGB — always apply and are not limited by this policy.
